The Annual NPLI Alumni Workshop is scheduled for Friday, March 7, in the Palmetto Room of the Ervin Dining Hall on the Francis Marion University campus. Here’s your chance to get together with your former classmates and fellow professionals from other NPLI cohorts. There is no charge for participation in the workshop.
The morning session begins at 9 am with registration and coffee. The formal session will begin at 10 am with opening remarks and then a look at how the entrepreneurial spirit in non-profits can accomplish great things. Hear the stories of people and groups who have walked the talk. Lunch will follow in the adjoining dining room.
The afternoon session, beginning at 2 pm, brings together prominent members of the General Assembly to discuss critical issues facing the state. This is your chance to understand how upcoming events and discussions may impact your organization’s mission. The workshop will end around 3:30 pm.
Immediately following the workshop, you are invited to join President and Mrs. Fred Carter, the NPLI instructors, and other alumni at a reception in The President’s Home beginning at 4 pm. To help us plan, we ask that you confirm your attendance. Please fill out this form and get it back to us by mail, fax, or e-mail no later than February 29, 2008.
