This program allowed me to network with other non profit leaders and learn different ways of handling common issues. The guest instructors were generally very interesting and made an impact on our organization. I recommend this program to all non profits.

My goal of participation in NPLI was to improve my leadership skills, grow professionally, share in networking opportunities, and help lead my agency into a positive and productive future. NPLI exceeded my expectations. I was able to take back to my agency not only valuable information learned from the session presenters but also creative ideas, suggestions, and encouragement gained from networking with NPLI classmates. We brought varied levels of experience to the class, but the common thread of dedication in making a difference in the community through nonprofit efforts joined us together. I hope it benefited everyone as much as it did me. Thank you for the opportunity to participate.
